Transit shelter frames
Welded structural frames and canopies for a municipal bus-shelter roll-out across the Klang Valley, batched to a delivery schedule.
The brief
A civil contractor needed consistent, weld-certified shelter frames delivered to site in scheduled batches, each galvanised and ready to erect, with paperwork the council would accept.
What we built
We cut and jig-welded the structural frames with coded welders, sent batches for hot-dip galvanising, and sequenced deliveries against the contractor's erection plan. Weld and material certificates travelled with each batch.
