Stainless mixing hopper line
Hygienic 316L mixing hoppers with crevice-free welds and a food-grade finish for a Senai beverage-equipment builder.
The brief
Food-contact fabrication has to be crevice-free and passivated, with continuous welds that will not harbour bacteria. The hopper geometry also had to nest into the customer's existing frame without rework.
What we built
We rolled and TIG-welded the cones with full-penetration seams, ground and passivated every food-contact surface, and checked fit against the customer's frame drawing before finishing. Each hopper shipped with a material and passivation certificate.
