Rooftop solar mounting system
A galvanised rail-and-clamp mounting kit for commercial rooftop solar, engineered for Malaysian wind loads and shipped flat-packed.
The brief
The installer needed a mounting system that met local wind-load requirements, resisted decades of tropical weather, and packed flat to keep freight to remote sites affordable.
What we built
We laser-cut and formed the rails and brackets, sent them for hot-dip galvanising, and designed a flat-pack kit with pre-punched holes so crews assembled on the roof without drilling. A structural review backed the wind-load rating.
