CNC machine guarding set
Interlocked safety guarding and covers for an OEM machine builder, CE-style detailing with clear vision panels.
The brief
The machine builder wanted guarding that met their safety detailing, opened cleanly for service, and arrived colour-matched to their machine — all on a tight ramp-up schedule for a new model.
What we built
We fabricated the frames and sheet covers, fitted polycarbonate vision panels and interlock brackets, and powder-coated to the customer's machine colour. Fixtures let us hold panel alignment across the ramp from prototype to volume.
