Capabilities

Every process, one works

From raw sheet to finished, inspected assembly — the machines, the capacity and the tolerances a procurement engineer needs to see.

What we make

One works, every process in the chain

Sheet-metal and machined parts taken from raw stock to finished, inspected assembly — so a single purchase order covers the whole job, not six suppliers.

Fibre-laser cutting

6 kW, up to 20 mm mild steel

Two 6,000 W fibre-laser cells cut mild steel, stainless and aluminium to ±0.1 mm, nesting your DXFs overnight for next-day forming.

See cutting

CNC bending & machining

CNC press brakes · 3-axis mills

Amada press brakes and a 3-axis machining cell form, drill and mill to print — with fixtures we design in-house for repeatable volume runs.

See forming

Welding & fabrication

MIG · TIG · spot · robotic

Coded welders and a robotic MIG cell join structural and precision assemblies, with weld maps and traceability on every certified joint.

See welding

Powder-coating & plating

In-line pretreatment + oven

A seven-stage pretreatment line and powder booth finish parts in RAL colours; plating and anodising are handled through vetted partners.

See finishing

CMM inspection

First-article + in-process

A climate-controlled metrology room runs CMM and optical inspection, issuing a full first-article report (PPAP on request) before volume release.

See quality

Sub-assembly & kitting

Mechanical + light electro-mech

We assemble, fasten and kit finished modules to your BOM, shipping line-ready packs so your team fits, not fabricates.

How an order runs

From RFQ to loading dock

One project engineer owns your job from the first drawing to the packed pallet, so nothing is lost in a hand-off between departments.

  1. 01

    Enquiry & quote

Send drawings or a sample. We review manufacturability and return a costed quote — with material, tolerance and lead time — usually within two working days.

  2. 02

    Tooling & first article

We design fixtures, program the machines and cut a first article. You approve the FAI report before a single volume part is made.

  3. 03

    Production

Nested cutting, forming, welding and finishing run to a scheduled build, with in-process checks logged against each batch.

  4. 04

    Quality assurance

CMM and optical inspection verify critical dimensions; parts outside tolerance never reach your dock. Certificates travel with the goods.

  5. 05

    Delivery

Line-ready packing, labelled to your BOM, shipped by our logistics partners across Malaysia and to export ports — on the promised date.
